All Zero-G hardware comes with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. Extended protection plans are available at checkout.

What is your return policy for opened items?
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Opened electronics are subject to a 15% restocking fee, provided they are returned with all original packaging and accessories.
Are your products compatible with international power standards?
