At Zero-G, we stand by the precision and quality of our high-end electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Zero-G account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure eligibility for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our technicians inspect the hardware at our facility, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
